I grew up in a small town in Kentucky called Owenton. When I was little I always wanted to be a veterinarian. I absolutely loved animals and I always wanted to experience helping them. When I was in seventh grade we had people that came to our school in uniform to recruit volunteers to help the community. They said that you would go to an encampment, earn a ground-team badge, fly planes, and make friends you never imagined. This program is called Civil Air Patrol, a branch of the Air Force. Well, that sounded like something I would love so I joined and the next thing I know my life has been changed. Over the course of the past year I have achieved a high rank and have flown three times! My many achievements in Civil Air Patrol have guided me on the way to aerospace engineering.

My iLead accomplishments.

iLead is a big change from what we are used to, for myself it was a struggle to get where I am and now that i'm here, I couldn't be happier. Our report cards for our grades are ending on the fourth of January and I am determined to have all B's. I have developed strategies for accomplishing my tasks and now my goal is within my grasp. Another accomplishment for myself is when I finish my tasks on time. I hope to have a lot more of these listed in the next few months.
